I think we talked previously that not all the debug infrastructure is enabled in Darjeeling, but just flagging this specific low priority discrepancy.
When --debug is supplied on the darjeeling command line, it looks like the logger.debug messages from darjeeling/evaluator.py aren't printed to STDOUT/STDERR. However, logger.info messages look good.
