No launch #26

#1

Hi,
When I had a working installation in a bugged windows box, I've decided to install a fresh windows 10.
When it came to open shell installation, no double click, compatibility mode, run as admin produced a result : just nothing, no opening window, no busy cursor. The installation file (I've replaced the already last 4.4.170 copy by a freshly download).

Then I tried again to launch it in my xplorer2 app. it started and stopped with the !%ù$@#& error 0xC0000005.

Is there some mandatory dependency like VB/visual C++/visual studio runtime ?

To be thorough, upon installing at the beginning this new windows10, I had such the same error when installing adobe acrobat (that I have removed since then and not tried to install again).
