Hallo, after update to Windows 10 21H1, Open-Shell was no more running, then I tried to reinstall it, it fails always with the Error-Box "Could not access network location *:\Program Files\Open-Shell
First, I removed Open-Shell with MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab

The coders over there might be aware of that issue and have a remedy fix.
Sorry I can't help, for Open-Shell was installed on my computer before Windows 10 21H1
I'm at 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1023) I don't have any problems with it.
I do notice the Windows 10 context menus now have an unblock feature that can be applied to folders and files downloaded from the net.
This may not have anything to do with it,
but Windows 10 new security feature might be blocking the use of the file until it has determined the .exe is safe to use.
