You are certainly unusual in switching things off at night :) But that is to be applauded.

This is not as straightforward is it might seem though, since the player selection is set as a cookie.

One hacky way to do it would be to use the Developer tools...

I meant for the first log, it looks like you were updating the collection and tried to add a rating to a track while that was happening. That will cause breakage. I'm working on a fix for that.

Yes, you need to enable 'CD Player Mode' in the Configuration panel. This will automatically clear the playlist and start playing an album from the song you choose.
