My problem was solved after I changed the url in the application.properties
from #url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@127.0.0.1:1521:xepdb1
to url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@//localhost:1521/xepdb1
changed.

Hello Dietmar,

I did the installation as described in the TechMining video.

System:
Windows 11
Oracle XE 21c
Apex 24.2
ords 24.4
jdk-23
tomcat 9.0.99

I get the following error message during the connectivity test:
